MOBLAND, a Mafia-themed metaverse, has introduced a first-of-its-kind governance system known as Mafia-as-a-DAO (MaaD). MaaD incentivizes players by allowing them to create or join existing syndicates, each of which can create its own governance model that ties into Mobland's governance committee.
